1. General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between vgd33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the vgd33 website, mobile platform or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

3. Account Security

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on vgd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit (wagering requirement: 15x).

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each member may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit from the date the bonus is received.
• If any attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Certain bet types may not count towards bonus wagering.

5.3 VIP Program

The vgd33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% per week; Gold — up to 0.8% per week; and Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week. You can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Bet Cancellation Rules

vgd33 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Assisting minors to open accounts or play.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

vgd33 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are also accepted. If there is a balance at the time of account closure, arrangements will be made for it to be withdrawn.
